None, but you can grow as much as you want illegally. Just don’t get caught. There are tons of helpful online message boards to get information on growing your own safely.
You can also move to an area that allows you to grow, but that seems a bit extreme.
Pretty sure it’s illegal, period.
Grow it in a wooded area of a public park so if it ever gets discovered they can’t trace it back to you.

arkansas appears to have strict laws regarding marijuana. I would assume none.

another article from 2 months ago says arkansas doesn’t allow medicinal marijuana yet.
arkansas has long had a hemp industry which has less than 1% THC and is used to make rope and other textiles.
by the looks of things you need to worry about getting in shape not getting the munchies
