This is new territory for RI. Find a lawyer specializing in the MMJ laws. Here is one article I found. In CO a dispensary has several patients list them as a caregiver and then open their doors. This is a business where if you want in on the ground floor you are going to need to take some risk – the laws are unclear and you can pave the way. I did mention talking to a lawyer.
