Despite the problems with the Obama admin on this issue, it’s our best chance ever, and we’ll look back on his administration as having not done anything substantial to prevent it.
The US atty here in WA stated very clearly that they want the businesses in the state to be able to operate under state law.
They closed dispensaries that were abusing the system, and selling to unauthorized patients.
If we get that treatment on this law in WA, I will be ecstatic.
Words words words. Lies lies lies. Obama said this in 2008 too. read the news. He has been worse than Bush.
Exactly! Yeah, let’s give corporations a monopoly on the growth of a plant species. Great idea.
I have to say this is excellent news for all of us that have realized prohibition against such a popular (and harmless) substance is antisocial; However..
I for one don’t think that regulation of all marijuana distribution is the best option for handling the substance. The reality is that I don’t want a corporation producing my cannabis, and I know many people feel the same and think that there should be a legal channel to growing this herb at home, organically!
