Five weeks ago, federal agents and local police raided Day’s Dillon area residence, seizing an estimated 96 marijuana plants—and turning his life upside-down. Beaverhead County Sheriff Jay Hansen says he eventually intends to prosecute. In the meantime, Day has not been arrested or charged with a crime. Scott suffers from Mucopolysaccharidosis. en.wikipedia.org

Scott H. Day, My Love, now gone to another place of no pain… thanks to the MT Drug Task Force and the D.A. for putting sooooo much stress into our lives that Scott passed away on Sept 9th, 2008. May his legacy live on in the hearts of those who knew him.
Peace, Love, N Light to my beloved Scott.
The South West MT Drug Task Force team obviously does not know how to read the medical laws- they need to EDUCATE themselves! The Task Force teams are picking on medical patients intsead of VIOLENT criminals or METH users- gross uses of and waste of government funding… Don’t they have a concious?? They are putting the price on pain and they can’t pay for it now…
Beaverhead county prosecutors are a joke. Its just a plant that has medicinal benefits. I know it improves his life by taking pain his away. Why don’t they drop the case, he already has a hard enough life without dealing with bullshit from the law. Its Montana where we should be free do do what we want
