I Bt it makes the weed better as you’ve been developing it from seed to bowl. Kinda hate that about England that its bangers to crop up. I was chuffed out when it spouted man, will defo watch the whole project.
some times it takes longer. I used warmer water last time and the seeds came out in 24 hrs.
love the project name..pure genius..but i know what you mean..i just did a video of my grow..and i just popped 5 northern lights and 3 had cracked.2 had to be forced by pinchers..and now they are showing the same small ass tap root..anyway good luck pal and hope this project goes accordingly …but would have been an early death if it did not pop.

Paper towel method work better, mine crack less then 24 hour
I disagree I have had quicker and better luck with success rate using water glass. Plus paper towels are not the best they have bleach and other chemicals within, cheesecloth would be optimal.
