HELP! Why are my marijuana plants flowering so early?

Help! My outdoor Sweet Tooth, Chernobyl, and Dream Queen clones from Harborside Health Center Oakland are flowering too soon. Can anyone give me some advice as to why my poor babies are growing up so fast? Is it an Indica thing? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
