They are not, federal law supercedes state law.
Personally, you have not looked at why they raided the shops. You need to look into that first, but that information will only be made available to the public after the trail.
It could be the miss use of the product and that is why it was raided. Personally they need to just burn it all and removed it!
Marijuana is more harmful than good and this have been prove scientifically.
Well, the Nanny Government currently in power thinks that adult Americans can’t make rational decisions regarding what they put into their bodies, so they don’t allow it. Unfortunately, Federal law trumps state law, and the Feds think it’s important to keep sick and dying people from getting medicine that isn’t pre-approved by the drug companies because the drug companies are major campaign contributors that have a powerful lobby. Sick people don’t have a lobby.
As for medicinal marijuana being “harmful”- there are many, many studies to the contrary. People just tend to believe the propaganda fed to them by the feds.
