The Netherlands is a verry fucked-up county, they Always want to be the best kid in the class. Don”t get caught growing or selling weed if you live in the Netherlands that is. THC isn’t an addictive drug, at least not more than any other regular substance. The positive effects like painkilling, calming, etc. – and that almost without any negative effects, makes it a real alternative to more harmful, regular medication.
For what ever reason cannabis has been criminalized – it’s not because of possible addiction.

There is no evidence for these things pennvloger, but the plant definitely, with the right psychology and under the right circumstances, allows insight & clarity.
The main reason the authorities do not want the plant legalized is a throw back to Protestant puritanical value systems & economic reasons.
They would have a hard time regulating & controlling its production & this would impinge upon other highly profitable extant products.
