The Justice Department won’t overturn new marijuana laws and will not block new state laws that legalize pot.

What happened to states rights and laws, States can do what ever they want. We don’t need a federal government looting the people for their own greedy pockets.
The fed and the FED are a wasted lumps of shit. Talk about attaching to the tit, they are parasite on the people and they produce nothing but misery. Name one thing you think they do that benefits all Americans.

The real question is. If it does become legal for recreational use. What will happen with the job market? Will most jobs be lenient on the people who use medical marijuana outside of work and off property? Will they stop testing for marijuana in drug tests and concentrate more on the real drugs out there that kill people and ruin their lives?

Kind of a mixed message considering that the DEA made some high profile busts of legal pot clinics in WA last month. Lame.

Protip: Justice Dept. saying they won’t intervene =/= Agents of the Justice Dept./Federal Gov. will not intervene.
Federal organizations have said the same thing in the past with regards to California’s medical marijuana, but their agents still raided dispensaries, either due to lies on behalf of the organizations’ spokesmen or simply ignoring orders from higher ups for the sake of maintaining (I AM) THE LAAAAAAAWW.
Until the federal prohibition ends, nothing really changes on this front.
