Week 7 CFL grow. Cannabis, radish’s tomatoes, cucumbers & cayenne peppers

My 2nd grow, I got a total of 300 watts including the fan + 250w when heater is used. Haven’t needed it yet. Nice cheap setup, very low energy. My grow rooms total watt’s is equal to a computer tower. I have Nine 6500 Kelvin CFL’s and three 2700 Kelvin CFL’s for the vegetation cycle, vice versa for the flowering cycle. 100% organic products used! Now for the first 3 weeks of the grow, the cannabis was in wrong soil & getting no nutrients so plant growth was stunned & I was using the wrong light
