   How about when the medium pulls away from the edge of your pot? I find this
   or actually picking up the pot & judging THE WEIGHT to be the best methods,
   however I’m not using dirt from my back yard either, ProMix PH is what I
   use & the peat & coco retain a lot more water than reg ole dirt 🙂 Happy
