yes, yes he does.
If he exists and if he is the creator of the universe, then he created marijuana and in the bible it says that all seed bearing plants are there for humans to use. Of course he is just a myth, just wanted to point that out.

Yes, i’m sure he would. Pot makes you stupid, while at the same time making you believe you’re deep and insightful. I think Jesus would frown on that.
It’s medicinal and natural only the law states it’s illegal and frowned upon.

Jesus turned the water into wine at a wedding,
so He is not against having fun.
I dont think He would want anyone to go to jail,
but legalities aside
if someone smoked rather than had a drink ,
within reason, I dont think it would be that big a deal.
