I could be wrong but from my experience I have noticed that whenever one is over watered the bottom leaves start curling before the top ones. Vice versa with the light being too close.

Mine are that close to a 125cfl and there never curled.Id say over watering has caused that

Another reason for leaf curl/deformation like that can be from high nitrogen. FFOF is pretty hot for some strains, I’ve had issues with it and a few of the more nitrogen sensitive strains.
And they are yellow

Ay bro why would my bottom leaves the round ones be yellow mine plant is only 2 weeks old the blade leaves look fine I got the single and the 3 blade leaves growin pretty good they late pointing up but the bottom round leaves are drooping down.

Hey i have a question, i started a plant from a seed just as you did and i let the germinated seeds root grow to about a 1/4 inch then i planted it in some soil. is it better for the plant to be indoors with a light like yours (i have the exact same on in my room) as it starts or is it fine to leave outside where i get lots of sunlight and it is very hot. (it isnt really windy and is in the 70’s+ each day)
I will guess the problem with your plant is not enough light and too hot.
Are you using a small fan, your leaves look suffocated?
