Thought I’d throw some still shots together depicting how I prune my roots. Shout out to Mendo Dope on the track, “It’s just weed”. Cheers fellas! Everyone should go check them out, Youtube…
@WC Grow– From what I’ve experienced it does. I like to use it in
combination with 1 gallon geo pot, due to the breatheability of the fabric
which really explodes the roots.. But from what I’ve read and understand
about roots, they act just as the branches above do when topped. In a way I
just super-topped my roots… lmao… 4 hours later and they havent even
wilted. I mainly do it to keep plants in small containers for space
reasons. Right now my veg closet is full up with seedlings! no room to get
out the 3gal veg pots! Root pruning from waht I’ve seen, when given enough
time to recover, gives a fuller root base than normal (from what im used
to, only speaking on my experiences afterall), along with rhizoblast, happy
frog and additional benificials/mycorhizzae, they bounce back with stronger
roots than when originally cut. I’ve had to do with to a plant, in a half
gallon container for a couple months… it vegged along side my 1.5gal
plants just fine, kept up in size and vigor too lol… when i root pruned
her tho, I’d top or otherwise stunt the growth of the others so they would
all remain pretty close in structure.

Nice, does this get more lateral root development?
