I just recently skipped the paper towel method and went straight to dirt as
soon as I seen most of them pop & I lost 1 outta 15. First time losing one
but also first time skipping that paper towel step. I’d say that the paper
towel definitely insures that’s you seeds fully germinate. Next time I
won’t get lazy lol Cheers bruhdda
The paper towel works best for me. I dont think the cup of water likes me
lol. Keep it clean grow green. 1 luv fam

I use a water cup method, but dont use papertowel/bags.
I go for luke warm tap water, soak the beans for 2 days, not anymore than
48hrs, once they show a break and little root, they go into soil thats been
prewatered with clone/root hormone. never had a death or one not start from
doing it this way. even years old bag seeds will pop this way.

not a germinating question but, can u cut a clone and put it directly into
soil? I would assume its preferable to start in rockwool but just seeing if
its possible?
It would be cool that you make every 2-4 days a video about these seeds and
continu to do that through their lifespan. All the way to harvest so we
could see everything you do to them. Greets from Holland.
i have tried both ways now i am just like f it, seed starting soil, it
works too.
