I’m interested to see how this goes. You have many different bud sites. That is great. I dont know what’s up with the purple stalk. That seems serious. I learned from the greenhouseseedco channel to flush on day 7 of flower with 5 gallons of water (for a 5 gallon pot), day 21, and then between week 4-5, and finally no nutes only water in the last 2 weeks. Let them go dry before you flush. I cant say if it is a lot better, but I have been following that schedule.

That makes three flushes during flower, not including the final two weeks. Have you looked into it? Do you have a schedule?
