In my opinion trim off all those lower branches and leaf growth, esp with the cfls cuz you’ll start throwing your plants energy to the top buds.
LST the top so the lowers can come up if you wanna keep that low section either way it still helps it
In most cases the bottom 1/3rd of the plant can come off
