But you still can’t simply walk into a shop and buy bud and leave. Even in CO and WA state. I don’t think they’ve worked out the retail end of it yet, even 6 months after passing it into law. But if I’m wrong, please correct me. The whole thing with ‘dam isn’t the quality as much as it is the experience. It’s a packaged deal there. Although I can’t wait to see what CO & WA retail scene will be like once it’s all set.
