5 Story NYC Building used as Pot “Cannabis” Factory

Police busted a marijuana farm in the Bronx that occupied an entire five-story building and allegedly churned out millions of dollars worth of cannabis. Some neighbors say the building had emitted a strong odor for the past two years. Inside, police found a growing operation on three floors, with evidence that the top floor was used for packaging.
