They tried this before in 2009 but the states attorney general told them it
was a violation of state laws prop. 215 S.B. 420 AND health and safety
codes. i.e. safe access laws. Its only because the owner of D&M compassion
center was arrested transporting 4 LBS.

The lake co board of supervisors always loses these things due to the fact
that supervisor Rob Brown and his son were pot growers without medical
cards. They are so afraid of that coming out because Brown was also a
deputy sheriff& bail bondsman
