to be true, dont trust it. Generally 5000$ and up for good land, per
acre. Road is key. Bush properties are very expensive to start. Trust
me. By a property with a house on it, it can serve as dual purpose and
can insure use.
I was down in the valley today. I saw my buddys gdp and their budding. I
have the same cut outside and were still in transition. I thought I had
smaller season, but I guess not. Next year bro you can move em sun makes a
big difference.
