Is it possible to get a contact high from weed at an outdoor concert totally full of stoners? I’ve only been STONED before, not just high, so how will it feel if I get it? How will I know?

Most likely you didn’t get anything, you gotta directly inhale it from the source, not just second hand smoke.
You will just feel a little different in your head. You will feel high but you can still function normally. You didn’t get it though
