Why did you blast straight on to unbleached Parchment paper this time? It always seemed like you scrape it up off the Pyrex

Nice as always. I’m having trouble keeping my griddle to stay at 110. And my thermo gun doesn’t read through my plexi lid. Any tips? I was thinking Heating Pad next. and btw did u ever get a chance to test the dehydrator? If not ill report with u tomorrow if your still curious…. I’m hoping for a nice color like I’ve heard! ✌
