Good info! It also has a lot to do with the fact that I cook a lot and pay attention to what I put into my body, and how much. I don’t drink alcohol, which really helps. I used to drink a lot of beer and that’s basically the liquid equivilent of doughnuts due to it’s insulin spiking properties. Simply eating healthy can do wonders for your body fat. I surely hope that all the dank I uptake keeps the cancer away… FUCK CANCER.
