um.. you need to have cancer to get medical marijuana, and all kinds of marijuana are legal in amsterdam, so go there 🙂
first thing is you need to be a resident of the state. then get a doctor’s note saying you need cannabis (easy to get in california), then get your license.
theres actually many states with medical marijuana and its really easy to get a card in california
