Not in California. All medicinal uses must be in private places. It’s not even allowed in a hospital. It’s all a scam to let people smoke in their homes.
The only proof they’ll accept is a MEDICAL MARIJUANA CARD.
They’re not going to believe you otherwise.

to the person above me that said “not in california” doesn’t know what he is talking about. i live in southern california. no you can’t smoke like in front of a grocery store or something that would be rude. well, you actually can and not get arrested but you do have to have your medical marijuana card. they pretty much give it to anybody. you can get it for anixiety, depression, headaches, a hurt back, it even says you can get one for hemorrhoids. lol. there is a list of like 1,000 reasons you can get it and some are freaking hilarious. i even have one for my car so in case i get pulled over i won’t get in trouble.
