You’re stupid. It’s his job. He doesn’t stalk him for a living. If you heard the actual story he was in LA looking for sports stories to cover and he saw Bieber’s car so he figured he’d go for it. He doesn’t STALK him for a living and it’s far from poetic justice. You’re an inconsiderate asshole.

I feel sorry for the guy driving the car that killed the photographer too. Can you imagine how bad you’d feel if you killed someone totally by accident and not your fault at all even? It would be the worst nightmare. A private person in public has no expectations of a right of privacy. I agree with this principle of law. The photographer was irresponsible and paid with, unfortunately, his life. Duscuss expectations of privacy would be interesting.

I agree with you, but the paparazzi took a risk by crossing such a busy street, and that risk took his life. Paparazzis often risk their lives and the lives of their target, thankfully it was only his life that was lost, but I think there should be stricter laws to make it safer for both photogs and celebrities.
His friend works free lance for TMZ, so it’s quite possible Chris did too. Though they just look for the highest bidder, whoever gives more cash for the pics.
