Jail for sure, or juvie for you. Probably 5 months at least.
I would think you would probably only get a warning if you could prove it was only for personal use and you arnt selling it.
Probably not much since you are a minor. I had a friend that committed 2 felonies and only got 8 months of probation. Evading on a motored vehicle and Robbery
Depends on your state, west coast is much more forgiving. Don’t ever grow more than 99 as you will be subject to federal mandatory minimums. Oh, and you might want to grow more than one plant, because theres a 50/50 chance it will become male… if that happens you just wasted 3 months.
one plant is about an ounce. which in even the strightest state puts you right under the limit for intent to sell. and if you are in one of the many states that decriminlize it then nothing more then a fine will be given. don’t worry in NO state at all will nothing more thenna fine happen. but make sure u don’t grow more then 1 plant.
