It would be stupid of Washington State to not allow out of state tourists to partake in a legal activity. Being one of the few places in America that one can legally consume cannabis is a huge tourist drawer.
In Arizona you can use your medical card from your state and get some meds from the dispensaries or people off craigslist.. Who the fuck would want to go to Washington anyways..
