Several things:
1. Spend 10 dollars on ebay for a digital PH meter. Life is so much easier with those.
2. For GH, just use the simple recirc feeding schedule. You can check out the GH web site and find that. You should be able to go a few weeks on a single 5gal feed between water changes for veg plants and 1.5 for plants in flower..
3. Water level should be just about 2 in. from the top of the basket, judging from your vid.
4. Use 5ml rapid start and Root Zone (roots are vulnerable in DWC).
