i was wondering if some planted Marijuana seeds and just left it for about 2 months and let it grow naturally would it, will it have grown when you go see it or do you need to care for it ?

I would assume that for the first couple of weeks you need to water it/care for it to get the plant “started,” then it will probably become hardier and be able to survive on its own.
It is a weed my friend, and thusly grows as such. No, it will need no care once started from seed. My friends used to toss their seeds over their shoulders in the flower beds around my fire pit. Holy Moley! I wound up with more than I knew what to do with. I did give them a little Miracle Grow once in a while along with the rest of my flowers. The harvest was outrageous. Just learn how to sex them through online sources or wherever and pull the males out. They are useless. All they do is make the good female weed seedy and add to your felony charges. You don’t want to get popped for growing weed that doesn’t even,… well, you know.
And don’t get caught up in all the hype. So many stoners seem to want to think it’s like brain surgery. Honest, yer just growin’ a weed. No need to overthink it. Been there. 😉
P.S. Be sure it planted in soil that has been cleared of other weeds and grasses that would compete with it. You might also want to bury a fish in there for it to feed on. (a tip from Jerry Garcia’s girlfriend Mountain Girl. Look her up.) P.P.S. You didn’t hear any of this from me.
