As of right now those CFLs are using only like half there potential. You NEED reflectors on CFLs if your gunna use them in a open space like that.

ONE THING while the vid #15 is still Fresh => Next outdoor season try to substitute the places of the little skywalker (i’ve always preferred Vader though – in the Saga and in Ganja, since the Vader OG is a real freaky SITH PLANT 😉 ) with those of the potatoes. The roots of your two garden plants will do so much aeration, that next year your dad will surely throw a horseshoe at you, since he’s going to shovel some heavy potato clusters thanks to the plants beautiful.
