My husband and I were thinking about growing and selling medical marijuana legally to medical marijuana clicins in Sacramento, CA but want to know if we need a license to do so or if we could get in trouble growing weed.

Oh you better believe they get fussy about thats sort of thing. You need a permit.
Yes, you need a license to do so. At least right now. As you’re no doubt aware, Marijuana will no doubt be legal come Jan 1st, after prop 19 passes in California. You’ll want to look up the specifics of prop 19… you might still need some license for a garden bigger than 25 square feet
