30 trees is a bit hard to argue as personal use and sits in a different schedule of the Drugs Misue Act. IF you have no other history you may avoid jail, if you have any other drug history it is a good chance you will go to jail for a short stretch.
ZORRO I believe that in the state of South Australia it has been decriminalised for personal use quantities (i.e. you can still get a ticket for it, but commercial qty is out of the question). The same goes for the Australian Capitol Territory I think.
