i think you have a very intensified version of the event and the people participating in it. this was a cup, a celebration if you will. even people with ailments like to enjoy themselves every now and then, as every person should. no one was consuming entire bottles of liquor, nor is marijuana something like a prescribed drug that alcohol can cause increased internal damage in combination with. there was also no liquor available in the patient area. just relax and let the people enjoy themselves
