Sore losers of the war on drugs. Trying to keep stealing all the property
they can before it all becomes legal and they lose their cash cow. The same
thing happened toward the end of alcohol prohibition. These bastards will
fight tooth and nail to keep the very profitable enforcement industry in
business.
It makes me so fucking mad. Remember ,under the fed law pot is schedule 1
drug, and they might as well been caught with crack.
The police have to get the money to militarize themselves to protect the
wealthy and boost profits for private prisons somehow, and don’t expect it
to come from taxing the job creators.

This is so screwed up. I know it’s going to be ACTUALLY legal in a short
time, but this makes me have some doubts. The good guys don’t always win. I
really appreciate your passion on this.
Cops love the raids for the free stuff…..They joke about it being like
the lottery, cash, boats, guns. Follow the trail of confiscated items and
see who gets paid and you have found the true criminals.
Every progressive who cares about justice needs to go on a letter-writing
campaign to help this family.

Consider yourselves lucky. In Canada they are doing this same thing but not
laying charges. They are just seizing property as if you have gone through
court and are guilty.
This is no different than what they did to Cliven Bundy, but for some
reason the left doesn’t feel the same outrage when the person isn’t a drug

to be fair i think this isn’t so much a problem of the administration but
the federal agency doubling down on a bad call. Although that said i wonder
if this is a case where if they don’t charge them the federal agency can be
sued but if they go to court and lose then they still cant be sued for
wrongful arrest, I am not sure if i am articulating the idea right.
This is extremely idiotic there’s nothing to gain here for arresting the
family and seizing there land , and there’s no justification these are
either idiots thugs or both .
One can rape a woman or child, and get less time.

missing in this story… it is too obvious. If not, a 5 years old lawyer
would have no troubles defending this family !… No ?… How come !…. I

I feel immoral for paying my taxes. Add prisons and the war on drugs to the

If they go to jail the government should be held liable if they die in
prison due to lack of medication or proper care. CCA will take a cut of the
profits to imprison more American’s as this family suffers the consequences
of a racist and immoral drug war.
The guy who runs my local dispensary had his arm cut off in a machinery
accident and took medical marijuana to deal with the pain of losing a limb,
being in it constantly. He couldn’t go back to work and so he decided to
open his own medical marijuana business after it did so much good for him.
I see plenty of people who need medical marijuana because of physical and
psychological disorders and/or disabilities and I live in Canada where
everyone has a permanent doctor to whom they get free access and who can
properly assess and decide if it is the best choice for the individual.
Wow, what a fucked up story..The Obama administration are massively
hypocritical on this issue and need to be called out on it much more
directly. I really hope raids like these, in Colorado and Washington, stop
like right now.
What if the feds forget to pick them up to go to prison for 41 years. (See
“Clerical Error Freed Robber from Prison”) Should they be punished in 41
years because the broke a federal law. Yes I know it not quite the same
but, in both cases the justice system is the real criminal.

I wanna put the DEA in jail for being the henchmen of the drug kingpins.
Is there one of them government petitions that I can sign? This shit is
getting out of hand! I’m getting so tired of this country! It’s time we

I can think of a whole lot of things that would be better use of our tax
money.
This is a federal case, so I don’t see how they can get a ‘not guilty’
verdict. Their lives are in the the hands of the judges who we can only
hope will have mercy. Also Obama wouldn’t risk his career for four average
constituents unless there would be a serious public outcry, but I doubt
there will be. This is really unfortunate.
By freedom, politicians mean freedom for themselves, by America, they mean
their America; isn’t this obvious by now.

to change the mentality of people, get them stop thinking of drugs like
