Here in New Zealand particularly up north we have hundreds of Kauri
(Ka-or-ee) forests (real similar to redwood), totally illegal to cut them
down, only the native Maori are permitted to cut them down to make a Waka
(type of canoe), they’re fucking mind blowing.
We have a Kauri tree that’s 168+ feet high 40ft around, about 2,000 years
old it’s astonishing.
