This video really highlights the red from the 2 Ushio 600 watt HPS bulbs and the blue from the 1 Digilux 1000 watt MH bulb as seen through my Growgles. A full spectrum makes plants happy. Protecting your eyes while in the grow room is a must, especially in a bare bulb environment.
