Not prison time but yes you would be charged with possession of marijuana.

No. Maybe jail for a night or two but most definitely not prison because in the state or Oregon marijuana is decriminalized, meaning its not a felony. It’s fairly easy to get a growers card, just save up 200 dollars and apply. Keep your stash on the downlow, don’t tell your friends!
