9 Day Old Marijuana Plant. HELP

I germinated this thing for a few days and planted it 11/06/11. leave some comments help me out this is my first time trying to grow. i have it under one Cfl light on a 18/6 light cycle just water it whenever the dirt doesnt feel moist. dont know if you can tell but the leaves are looking all dry and shit dont know what to do. ill be uploading some more videos of it if it keeps growing good.
