Marijuana is illegal. You shouldn’t be asking these questions.
If the conditions were ideal, I see no reason why they shouldn`t grow. Put a few between a dampened paper towel (keeping it moist, don`t let it dry) and after a few days they should start to sprout.(maybe a week)
