i was clean for 16 days before i smoked and i smoke about 2 grams within three days from tht time

I’d say for you, 3 days- 2 weeks. Depends on metabolism, but sweating helps alot too, and how much you actually smoke.
it depends the drug test but if you want to make it clean faster go to a nearby store that sells vitamins and get niacin. should clean you up in 1 to 2 days
I’d say about 3 weeks to be safe. ppl usually say a month, but that is how long it’s actually in you. I think for a heavy user it’s only detectable up to 10 days.
This depends on the frequency and for how long before quitting for 16 days.
If you smoke 3 – 4 times a week then you were not clean and need 30 days.
No amount of water, vitamins or sweating will speed this up. A low fat high fiber diet does speed up the process. The 3 days of smoking should take 10 days to clear.
