Call the Academy of Medicine for a referral to a doctor.
It is not approved in many states, even those who have terminal cancer has trouble getting it. Try a good ortho or pain clinic. The pain clinic can give you injections, under anesthetic, and elevate the pain for up to 2 years. It works almost immediate. You feel nothing because they put you under. No lifting for a few days, and you will need a driver to take y ou home. This is as fast pain relief as you can get. Forget marijuana. Try solving the problem threw the proper channels.
