Marijuana To Legalize or Not to Legalize in the USA

Currently, marijuana is illegal in the USA. A few states allow is for medicinal purposes if you have a doctor’s note. While it is used widely and many people have t-shirts, hats, etc with pot leafs it usually impoverished people and people of color who are targeted and serve prison terms for marijuana possession.
