Medicinal Marijuana
asked:

More specifically; what conditions happen in the eyes as a result of the use of medicinal marijuana? And, are any of those conditions, generally or specifically, provide temporary relief to, or regeneration of, the tissues?

medical marijuana doesnt do anything for any disease all it does is help reduce the pain

  2. wildcat says:

Actually marijuana decreases intraocular pressure, which does help. Glaucoma occurs when there’s too much fluid in the eye, which causes there to be too much pressure on the blood vessels supplying the eye (in the retina). The impingement of these vessels causes glaucoma’s symptoms, so reducing that pressure helps alleviate the symptoms.

medicinal mar. which is marinol, a synthetic blend of thc, is supose to lower your intraocular pressure, (why you feel calm when burning)

There are no known negative side effects of marijuana. so you will not develop an eye problem as a result. But it does decrease the pressure inside of the users eye caused by glaucoma.
