do you think that the medicinal marijuana law for Arizona will be passed despite a recent Immigration Law?

Was thinking about this the other day. A new CCW (concealed carry weapons permit) has been passed allowing almost anyone carry a concealed weapon. Also the recent Immigration bill that has been stirring up so much controversy. Are politicians setting up these 2 crazy laws early on to make sure certain laws that are voted for in November do not pass, for example the Medicinal Marijuana law that both the Arizona Chamber of Commerce and GOVERNOR say “We don’t look at it as a positive development.”
