frank_albers123 asked:

I live in a wooded area and there are a couple marijuana plants growing on my property…could I get in trouble for having them on my property? I kinda want to let them grow and then smoke it…just for fun?

Yes, you could get arrested for this. Make sure you protect them properly, deer and other animals will eat your plants! Urinate frequently in a circle around them, the human scent will help keep animals away.

yeah my brother lives with my mom and he smokes on the back porch. he throws the seeds into the back yard and the plastic one gallon tub used for an ash tray. they grow all the time in the spring and fall. it is so funny. but yes you can get into trouble grow the on your neighbors property. lol, joking

First of all, if they are wild then they are probably not smokable. Male plants contain no THC and female plants have to be separated from the male plants or they will seed and not produce buds, which contain THC. I doubt you’ll get in trouble for wild Marijuana plants growing because they are nothing but weeds really. We have wild marijuana plants growing all over the place where I live.
