Hydroponic Marijuana Growing

1st time growing, looking for advice and tips. im not quite sure if i should have the rockwool cubes in the resevoir yet but i noticed the roots growing through the bottom, and i still have the paper around the cubes, not sure if i should or not. any tips please leave in comments or message me! i need YOUR HELP!
