2 Week old Marijuana plant grows light yellow curly leaves, Please help

Hello: This is my first grow, I used youtube for all the information I now know about growing cannabis. For the past 4 days the my plant stopped growing and instead started curly and growing yellow/brown in color. I dont think I’ve changed anything recently in my growing process, except maybe over watering it, which I have stopped. But I wanted to post this to get a different, more professional perspective of the situation. Please help me if you can Thanks
